 Lily was fortunate to grow up in a family with not only a strong spiritual identity, but also a long history of powerful, earth-centered, and psychically aware women. She remembers fondly trips to gather herbs and dig roots under the moon with "The Aunts", returning to a houseful of cousins and uncles. The smell of root tea still brings her back to those nights, gathered together around her great-grandmother's great black kettle, dipping out cup after cup of the soothing, invigorating brew. It was one of these women who first noticed Lily's psychic and empathetic talents, and who taught her how such gifts should be used to help others, giving back to the Divine that granted them. Lily continued to study and grow in her own spiritual awareness, learning the use of new tools to channel and focus her gifts, but never straying far from the path of herb-lore, folk-magic, and the feminine faces of the Divine. Now, Lily uses Tarot cards, both as a tool for insight into ourselves and our futures, and as a tool for spiritual healing and awareness. She also provides Ritual Counseling, (what some call "Spell-work"), to those for whom it is an appropriate and desirable option. She encourages all her friends to remember the "Threefold Law", which says that every action we take, whether positive or negative, will return to us multiplied. Healing and kindness, and a clear awareness of our physical and spiritual lives, will open us to the light of the universe. Living in upstate New York, Lily loves the changing seasons and the beautiful lakes. She also loves her wonderful and supportive husband, her cat-familiar Isis, and their ferret Loki, who reminds them daily to take time to laugh at all the joys and wonders of the world.
